Rachel leads the administrative functions of Professional Audio Video Communication Inc., overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Human Resources. With over a decade of experience in the AV industry, she brings a results-driven mindset and a passion for delivering world-class customer service. Her strong relationship skills and “can-do” attitude make her a key force in client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Rachel also heads the Service Department, managing troubleshooting and dispatch operations, and plays a vital role in project management for large-scale construction initiatives throughout the year.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, reading, and walking her dog along the beach—finding balance and inspiration in the simple joys of life.
