As the Chief Administrative Officer, she has the honor of leading the administrative staff including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Human Resources. With 7 years’ experience in the AV industry, Rachel focuses on world-class customer service and client satisfaction with a can do attitude using her relationship skill and desire to achieve results. Rachel heads the Service department helping customers with troubleshooting and dispatch and project manages several large construction projects annually.

Rachel enjoys time with her family, gardening, reading and walking with her dog on the beach.
